The Siglent SP5050A is a 500 MHz passive oscilloscope probe with a X10 attenuation ratio, for general-purpose measurement in development, production and teaching laboratories. Its low 12 pF input capacitance minimises loading on the circuit under test and lets fast signals be captured faithfully. Maximum input is 300 Vrms CAT II and the operating temperature range is 0 to 50 °C. The probe includes an Auto-Sense feature, which lets the oscilloscope detect the attenuation ratio automatically and scale the display without manual configuration.
