The Siglent ODP6100B is an optically isolated probe with 1 GHz bandwidth and a 50X attenuation ratio, for power electronics measurements that need full galvanic isolation between the measurement point and the oscilloscope. Isolation voltage reaches ±60 kV and maximum differential test voltage is ±25 V (DC + peak AC). Optical isolation removes ground loops and makes it safe to measure floating signals — high-side switching nodes, inverters and motor drives. The probe runs from a DC 5 V adapter or a 7.4 V rechargeable battery, so it can also be used away from mains power. Part of the ODP6000B Series.
