The Siglent Y606FS is an integrated mechanical calibration kit for vector network analyzer calibration from DC to 26.5 GHz. It uses 50 Ω 3.5 mm Female connectors and contains the standard Open, Short, Load and Through (OSLT) elements. Unlike the F606FS, the Y606FS packages those standards in an integrated exterior, which reduces the number of connections and disconnections during calibration. Open phase deviation stays within ±3° and short phase deviation within ±2.8° across the full range; the termination load offers an SWR ≤ 1.07 and the through adapter an SWR ≤ 1.12. Performance is very similar to the Keysight 85052D mechanical calibration kit. Supplied with an 8 mm torque wrench set to 0.9 Nm.
