The SIGLENT SNA5000A series of Vector Network Analyzers offers a frequency range from 9 kHz to 8.5 GHz and 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz. These instruments support 2/4-port scattering parameter, differential-parameter, and time-domain parameter measurements.

The SNA5000A series is designed for effective instrumentation, allowing for the determination of Q-factor, bandwidth, and insertion loss of filters. They also include features such as:

• Fixture simulation
• Adapter removal/insertion adjustments

The VNAs provide five sweep types: Linear-Frequency mode, Log-Frequency mode, Power-Sweep mode, CW-Time mode, and Segment-Sweep mode. They also support scattering-parameter corrections including SOLT, SOLR, TRL, Response, and Enhanced Response, which enhances flexibility for R&D and manufacturing applications.

The SNA5000A series also includes a spectrum analysis function. Other measurement types available are receiver measurement, pulse measurement, and material measurement. The device features an internal Bias-Tee connection and various interfaces like LAN, USB Device, and USB Host (USB-GPIB). Remote control is supported via SCPI/Labview/IVI based on USB-TMC/VXI-11/Socket/Telnet/WebServer. The analyzer has a 12.1-inch touch screen and HDMI video output.
