The Siglent SDS7000A-RFA is an RF analysis licence for SDS7000A series oscilloscopes. It adds a spectrum analysis mode with markers, channel power measurement and a spectrogram display, so you can move between time and frequency domain on the same capture without taking the signal to another instrument.
