Product Overview

The Signalant SDS5052X digital storage chip is available in 500 MHz bandwidth, with a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s, a maximum recording length of 250 Mpts per channel, and offers up to 4 analog channels + 16 digital channels for combined signal analysis capability.

The SDS5052X uses SIGNALNET's SPO technology, with a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 110,000 wfm/s (in normal mode, up to 500,000 wfm/s in sequence mode), a 256-level intensity level display function, in addition to a color temperature display mode. In addition, it features an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The trigger system supports a variety of powerful trigger modes, including serial bus trigger. Tools such as historical waveform recording, sequence acquisition, search and navigation functions allow you to capture, store and analyze long waveform recordings. The SDS5052X also offers an impressive range of measurement and math capabilities, 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator (AWG) options, and serial decoding.

A large 10.1-inch capacitive touch display supports multi-touch gestures, with the addition of a single-button design for the most common functions, which can greatly improve the operating efficiency of the SDS5052X. It also supports control via an external mouse and keyboard.

SIGLENT's SDS5052X Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are available in bandwidths of 500 MHz, have a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s, a maximum record length of 250 Mpts/ch, and display up to 4 analog channels + 16 digital channels mixed-signal analysis ability.
