Siglent's F504FS is used to calibrate Siglent vector & spectrum analyzers. Standards include a fixed 50 Ω termination, an open load, a short load, and a through adaptor. The F504FS performance specifications are very similar to the Keysight 85032F mechanical calibration kit and it can be used as an approximate replacement of 85032F, or use the STD of 85032F in network analyzers.
