The Siglent F606FS is a mechanical calibration kit for accurate vector network analyzer calibration from DC to 26.5 GHz. It uses 50 Ω 3.5 mm Female connectors and contains the standard Open, Short, Load and Through (OSLT) elements. Open phase deviation stays within ±0.65° to 3 GHz, ±1.2° from 3 to 8 GHz and ±2° from 8 to 26.5 GHz. The termination load offers a return loss of at least 38 dB to 8 GHz and 34 dB from 20 to 26.5 GHz, and the through adapter an SWR ≤ 1.08. Performance is very similar to the Keysight 85052D mechanical calibration kit, so it can be used as an approximate replacement or with the 85052D standard definitions loaded in the network analyzer. Supplied with an 8 mm torque wrench set to 0.9 Nm and a carrying case.
