Siglent's F604FS is used to calibrate Siglent vector & spectrum analyzers. Standards include a fixed 50 Ω termination, an open load, a short load, and a through adaptor. The F604FS performance specifications are very similar to the Keysight 85033E mechanical calibration kit and it can be used as an approximate replacement of 85033E, or use the STD of 85033E in network analyzers.
