The Siglent DPB6150A is a 100 MHz differential high-voltage probe for power electronics, DC/DC converters, inverters and motor drive measurements. Maximum input differential voltage is 1500 V (DC + AC), with range selection giving X50 / X500 attenuation ratios at ±2% accuracy. The probe is powered over USB-C and connects to any oscilloscope with a BNC input — no dedicated power supply or proprietary interface required. This model is also sold as the SDP6150A.
