The Siglent Y606MS is an integrated mechanical calibration kit for vector network analyzer calibration from DC to 26.5 GHz. It uses 50 Ω 3.5 mm Male connectors and contains the standard Open, Short, Load and Through (OSLT) elements. Unlike the F606MS, the Y606MS packages those standards in an integrated exterior, which reduces the number of connections and disconnections during calibration. Open phase deviation stays within ±3° and short phase deviation within ±2.8° across the full range; the termination load offers an SWR ≤ 1.07 and the through adapter an SWR ≤ 1.12. Performance is very similar to the Keysight 85052D mechanical calibration kit. Supplied with an 8 mm torque wrench set to 0.9 Nm.
