The Siglent STC6P4W is a banana to triaxial 4-wire adapter for connecting SMM3000X Series Source Measure Units to the point of measurement. The triaxial connection is what makes very low current measurement possible — cable leakage currents would otherwise skew the result — and this adapter lets you connect to devices and circuits with standard banana terminals without giving that up. The 4-wire (Kelvin) configuration removes lead resistance from the measurement, which matters for low-resistance work.
