The SIGLENT SSG3021X-IQE signal generator has a frequency range of 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz. All models provide analog modulation such as AM, FM, and PM. They provide pulse modulation and optionally a pulse train generator. In addition, the SSG3021X-IQE in combination with a basic generator such as the SDG6000X can generate IQ modulated signals.
