Product Overview
The SSG3000X series of signal generators from SIGLENT operates in the frequency range of 9 kHz to 2.1 GHz/3.2 GHz. All models provide analog modulation such as AM, FM and PM. They provide pulse modulation and a pulse sequence generator option. In addition, the SSG3000X IQE models can produce IQ modulated signals when used in conjunction with a base generator such as the SDG6000X. With high accuracy and clean results, the SSG3000X series is the right choice for R&D, education and manufacturing.
