ערכת הפרובים Siglent SRF5030T כוללת שלושה פרובים מגנטיים (שדה H) ופרוב חשמלי אחד (שדה E) למדידות קרוב-שדה. הערכה מיועדת לאיתור מקורות קרינה על גבי לוח מודפס בשלב הפיתוח — לפני שליחת המוצר למעבדת EMC מוסמכת. בעזרת הפרובים ניתן לסרוק את הלוח, לזהות את הרכיב או המסלול שממנו נפלטת ההפרעה, ולבדוק את השפעת השינויים בזמן אמת מול מנתח ספקטרום. שלושת הגדלים השונים של פרובי השדה המגנטי מאפשרים לאזן בין רגישות לרזולוציה מרחבית.

The Siglent SRF5030T near-field probe set contains three magnetic (H-field) probes and one electric (E-field) probe. It is meant for tracking down emission sources on a PCB during development — before the product goes to an accredited EMC lab. You sweep the board with the probes, identify the component or trace the interference is radiating from, and check the effect of each change in real time on a spectrum analyzer. The three magnetic probe sizes let you trade sensitivity against spatial resolution.
