The Siglent SP6150A is a passive probe with 1.5 GHz bandwidth at a X10 attenuation ratio, for oscilloscopes with a 50 Ω input. Its very low 1.8 pF input capacitance minimises circuit loading and captures fast signals faithfully, and total input resistance (probe + scope) is 500 Ω ±10 Ω. Operating range is 0 to 50 °C. It suits characterisation of high-speed serial interfaces and clock circuits.
