The Siglent SMM3312X is a dual-channel Source Measure Unit delivering ±210 V / 3.03 A / 31.8 W per channel. Two channels allow a three- or four-terminal device to be sourced and measured from a single instrument, making it well suited to characterising semiconductors, transistors, LEDs, batteries and sensors. The display offers 6½ digits (2,100,000 count), with a minimum programming and measuring resolution of 10 fA / 100 nV and a maximum acquisition rate of 100,000 points/s. DC, pulse, sweep and list output modes are supported, with a minimum pulse width of 50 μs. A 5-inch touch screen presents results in both graphical and numeric views. Part of the SMM3000X Series.
