The Siglent SMM3311X is a single-channel Source Measure Unit delivering ±210 V / 3.03 A / 31.8 W. It combines a precision source and a high-resolution measurement instrument in one unit, for characterising semiconductor devices, LEDs, batteries, sensors and nanoscale components. The display offers 6½ digits (2,100,000 count), with a minimum programming and measuring resolution of 10 fA / 100 nV and a maximum acquisition rate of 100,000 points/s. DC, pulse, sweep and list output modes are supported, with a minimum pulse width of 50 μs. A 5-inch touch screen presents results in both graphical and numeric views and makes complex measurement sequences quick to set up. Part of the SMM3000X Series.
