The Siglent SEM5000A Series Electronic Calibration (ECal) Modules provide fast, precise, and simplified calibration for vector network analyzers (VNAs). Covering frequencies from 9 kHz to 26.5 GHz, these modules eliminate the need for multiple manual connections, reducing calibration time and minimizing connector wear. Available with 2 or 4 ports, SEM5000A modules support SMA, 3.5mm, and Type-N connectors, ensuring broad compatibility with Siglent’s SNA5000A, SNA6000A, SVA1000X, and SHA800A series VNAs. The plug-and-play USB 2.0 interface enables automatic recognition, power, and control, making the calibration process intuitive and efficient. LED indicators clearly show module readiness status. Designed for lab environments, these modules operate optimally between 15°C and 35°C. Each unit is compact (135.4 × 97.5 × 31.0 mm), lightweight (259 g), and comes with standard accessories including a USB cable and quick-start guide. Optional torque wrenches and male RF connectors are also available.
