The SIGLENT SDS5000X HD and SDS5000L series are high-resolution Digital Storage Oscilloscopes. They are available with 4, 6, and 8 channels, supporting bandwidths of 350 MHz, 500 MHz, and 1 GHz. They also incorporate an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter, supporting various powerful triggering modes, including serial bus triggering.The instruments include tools such as History waveform recording, Search and Navigate functions, Mask Test, Bode Plot, and Power Analysis for capturing, storing, and analyzing extended waveform records. They also offer an extensive range of measurement and math capabilities, as well as serial decoding.

The SDS5000X HD models come with a 12.1" capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures and a user-friendly UI design to enhance operational efficiency. The SDS5000L is a low-profile version without a display and digital channels, capable of being integrated into a high-speed acquisition system with up to 512 channels when combined with a 64-channel synchronization distributor (SYN64).

Both series support remote web control over LAN with a complete SCPI command set for fast data acquisition in automated test applications.

The SDS5108X HD is an 8-channel digital storage oscilloscope with a 1 GHz bandwidth. It features a 12-bit vertical resolution, which can be enhanced up to 16-bit in HiRes mode. The model supports a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s in quarter/half channel mode and 2.5 GSa/s in full channel mode. Its maximum memory depth is 2.5 Gpts/ch in quarter channel mode.
