The SDS5108L is an 8-channel digital storage oscilloscope with 1 GHz bandwidth and up to 5 GSa/s sample rate in quarter or half channel mode. It provides up to 2.5 Gpts per channel memory depth in quarter channel mode, with 12-bit vertical resolution (expandable to 16-bit in HiRes mode). The model includes advanced analysis tools, protocol decoding, intelligent triggers, and power measurement features, making it ideal for use in high-density automated test systems.
