סדרת Siglent ODP6000B היא סדרת פרובים מבודדים אופטית, הכוללת את הדגמים ODP6050B (500 MHz) ו-ODP6100B (1 GHz), שניהם ביחס הנחתה של 50X. הסדרה מיועדת למדידות באלקטרוניקת הספק שבהן נדרש בידוד גלווני מלא בין נקודת המדידה לאוסילוסקופ. מתח הבידוד מגיע ל-±60 kV ומתח הכניסה הדיפרנציאלי המרבי הוא ±25V (DC + AC שיא). הבידוד האופטי מבטל לולאות אדמה ומאפשר למדוד אותות צפים (Floating) בבטחה — בצד הגבוה של מעגלי מיתוג, במהפכים ובבקרי מנועים. כל הדגמים ניזונים ממתאם DC 5V או מסוללה נטענת של 7.4V.

The Siglent ODP6000B Series are optically isolated probes comprising the ODP6050B (500 MHz) and the ODP6100B (1 GHz), both with a 50X attenuation ratio. The series is built for power electronics measurements that need full galvanic isolation between the measurement point and the oscilloscope. Isolation voltage reaches ±60 kV and maximum differential test voltage is ±25 V (DC + peak AC). Optical isolation removes ground loops and makes floating measurements safe — high-side switching nodes, inverters and motor drives. Every model runs from a DC 5 V adapter or a 7.4 V rechargeable battery.
