The Siglent F505FS is a mechanical calibration kit for accurate vector network analyzer calibration from DC to 18 GHz. It uses 50 Ω Type N Female connectors and contains the standard Open, Short, Load and Through (OSLT) elements needed to correct systematic measurement errors. Open and short phase deviation stays within ±1° across the full frequency range, the termination load offers an SWR ≤ 1.048 (return loss ≥ 32.6 dB), and the through adapter an SWR ≤ 1.06. Performance is very similar to the Keysight 85054D mechanical calibration kit, so it can be used as an approximate replacement or with the 85054D standard definitions loaded in the network analyzer. Supplied with a 19 mm torque wrench set to 1.35 Nm and a carrying case.
