The Siglent DPB6150D is a 400 MHz differential high-voltage probe for fast power electronics measurements, SiC and GaN switching circuits, DC/DC converters and motor drives. Maximum input differential voltage is 1500 V (DC + AC), with range selection giving X100 / X1000 attenuation ratios at ±2% accuracy. The wide bandwidth captures fast switching transitions faithfully. The probe is powered over USB-C and connects to any oscilloscope with a BNC input — no dedicated power supply or proprietary interface required. This model is also sold as the SDP6150D.
