The SIGLENT CP5500 is engineered for high-performance measurement of very large AC/DC currents, with a remarkable maximum current capacity of 500 Arms continuous and 750 A peak. Ideal for industrial power systems, electric vehicle testing, and high-current inverters, the probe offers a bandwidth of DC to 5 MHz with a rise time of ≤70 ns. It operates across two selectable ranges: 75 A (1X) and 500 A (10X), with corresponding transfer ratios of 0.1 V/A and 0.01 V/A. Resolution is as fine as 5 mA and 50 mA, and it delivers excellent accuracy of ±1% ±10 mA (75 A) and ±1% ±100 mA (500 A). With support for conductors up to 20 mm in diameter, the CP5500 combines precision, ruggedness, and wide dynamic range, making it essential for advanced power diagnostics. It is powered by a 12 V DC adapter and connects via a BNC interface.
