The Siglent SMM3000X Series Source Measure Units comprise the single-channel SMM3311X and the dual-channel SMM3312X, both delivering ±210 V / 3.03 A / 31.8 W per channel. Each unit combines a precision source and a high-resolution measurement instrument in a single chassis, for characterising semiconductor devices, transistors, LEDs, batteries, sensors and nanoscale components. The display offers 6½ digits (2,100,000 count), with a minimum programming and measuring resolution of 10 fA / 100 nV and a maximum acquisition rate of 100,000 points/s. DC, pulse, sweep and list output modes are supported with a minimum pulse width of 50 μs, and a 5-inch colour touch screen presents results in both graphical and numeric views.
