Product Overview

The SignalNet SDS1000X HD series of high-resolution digital storage oscilloscopes are based on 12-bit analog-to-digital converters with a sampling rate of 2 GSa/s and input front-ends with excellent low-noise performance. They are available in 200 MHz and 100 MHz bandwidths, with a maximum memory length of 100 Mpts, and feature mixed signal analysis capability of 2/4 analog channels + 16 digital channels.

The SDS1000X HD series uses SIGNALNET's SPO technology with a maximum waveform capture rate of up to 120,000 wfm/s (in normal mode, up to 500,000 wfm/s in serial mode), a 256-level color intensity display function, and a color temperature display. It also features an innovative digital trigger system with high sensitivity and low jitter. The trigger system supports multiple and powerful trigger modes, including serial bus trigger. Tools such as historical waveform recording, search and navigation functions, mask test, Bode Plot, and power analysis allow for the capture, storage, and analysis of extended waveform records. The SDS1000X HD series has an impressive range of measurement and math capabilities, options for a 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator, and serial decoding.

The large 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen supports multi-touch gestures, and combined with a friendly user interface design, can greatly improve operating efficiency. It also supports mouse control and remote control via the network (LAN).
